For a quick dessert, try this cherry clafoutis recipe from our region.
Preheat the oven to 210°C (thermostat 7). Rinse the cherries quickly under a stream of fresh water, remove the stems, and drain them.
Combine the whole egg and brown sugar, and whisk until light. Add the almond flour, regular flour, and whole milk.
Grease the dish generously, arrange the cherries, then pour in the clafoutis batter. Bake in the oven for 20 to 30 minutes at 180°C.
To finish, serve the clafoutis cold or warm, sprinkled with powdered sugar.
