For those who don't like calf liver, they will change their mind with this recipe!
Slice the onion into thin strips. Cut the veal liver into cubes. Peel the turnip and cut it into dice. Pour everything into a bowl; we will proceed with the marinade.
Pour the concentrated tomato into the mixture, along with salt, pepper, parsley, barbecue sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, and sesame oil. Mix everything together and place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes so that the marinade penetrates the meat and the turnip well.
In a hot wok, add all the preparation at once and let simmer for 15 minutes over medium heat.
To finish, I prepared rice with lemon and herbs as a side dish. Next to it, a small container of sauce that I recovered from my cooking. Enjoy your meal.
