Here’s a simple and delicious dinner idea: cream tuna tart. One of my favorite dishes, and very easy to make. This recipe combines the delicate flavor of puff pastry with that of tuna and cream. The tomatoes add a fresh note, while the mustard seasoning provides a light kick. In less than an hour, you will have a complete dish that will delight your whole family.
Place the puff pastry in a tart pan and then pierce it with a fork.
Spread a large tablespoon of mustard on the bottom of the tart shell.
Slice the tomatoes thinly and arrange them on the bottom of the tart.
Crumble the tuna and cover the tomatoes with it.
Cover the tuna with sour cream, be generous for your taste buds.
To finish, cover with cheese. Place in the preheated oven at 180°C for about 30 to 45 minutes.
