Discover this recipe for beef bulgogi, a Korean dish. The marinade for bulgogi will allow you to achieve deliciously tender and slightly sweet meat.
Cut the beef into strips (about 3 cm wide).
Marinate the meat for 30 minutes in the Bulgogi sauce.
Chop the vegetables and sauté them for about 30 minutes in hot olive oil.
Toast the onion in a separate skillet.
Cook the rice.
Once marinated, grill the meat in a hot, lightly oiled pan.
Arrange in a bowl or plate: the rice, then the sautéed vegetables, and the grilled beef on top.
To finish, add a few pieces of grilled onion (or chopped green onion). Sprinkle some sesame seeds on top.
