For a successful brunch, try this pancake recipe with chocolate spread.
Sift the flour and baking powder into a mixing bowl. Add the sugar, vanilla sugar, and salt.
Make a well, add the eggs, melted butter, and a little milk, then work the dough.
Gradually add the remaining milk until the batter forms a ribbon.
Cook the pancakes in a small, well-buttered hot pan. Pour in half a ladle of batter and cook for 2 to 3 minutes until bubbles form on the surface. Flip and cook for 2 minutes on the other side.
To finish, pour the spread over your pancakes and add the ingredients of your choice; red fruits, maple syrup, peanuts, and bananas pair very well with it.
