A recipe found in my mother's recipe book.

For the dough
 250 Flour
 10 Baker's yeast
 2 Olive oil
 125 Water
 1 pinch Salt
For the topping
 1 Onion
 45 Fresh cheese
 45 Sour cream
 1 Matchstick bacon
Directions

Dissolve the yeast in 125 ml of water.

In the bowl of your mixer equipped with a dough hook, add the flour, dissolved yeast, oil, and salt. Run the mixer until the dough forms a ball.

Let the dough rest for 1 hour.

Roll out the dough on your baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

In a bowl, mix the sour cream and the cheese. Meanwhile, sauté the sliced onion and the bacon in a pan.

To finish, spread the cream and fresh cheese mixture over the dough, then add the bacon and onion. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes at temperature setting 6-7 (for electric ovens).

    I add a little grated cheese before baking to make a cheesy flatbread; it's a bit more calorie-dense but very tasty. I learned this during my last vacation in that region.

    Excellent Superb recipe that is very easy to make. It regularly comes back for Sunday night dinner, with or without a salad! My suggestion: Nothing to add.

    Good Add more flour to the dough because there was too much water diluted with the yeast – a lovely liquid disaster, but with more flour it was good. My suggestion: Less water.
