Today, a little baking with a good brioche.
In the bread machine, place the ingredients in this order: salt, beaten eggs, butter, sweetened condensed milk, flour, and crumbled yeast. Start the dough program for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
Then, take the dough out of the bowl and punch it down by working it for a few minutes on a lightly floured surface. Divide the dough into 8 equal pieces. Place 4 pieces in one loaf pan. Do the same for the other pan.
Let it rise in a warm place until the dough doubles in size. Brush the surface with egg yolk and sprinkle a little granulated sugar.
Place in a preheated oven at 180°C for 30 minutes. Let cool on a rack and remove from the mold. Cut into nice slices and top with good jam.
To finish, Note: To let the dough rise, I always use my low-temperature oven set to 33°C.
