Today I am offering you delicious chicken wings with ketchup and soy sauce. It's a simple recipe that is very easy to prepare. These wings are very tender on the inside, with a golden, colorful, and crispy skin. Flavorful but not spicy, even the kids will love them. A delight!
In a bowl, combine all the marinade ingredients. Add the chicken wings and mix well to coat them.
Cover and let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours (or overnight and up to 24 hours).
Preheat the oven to 200°C, fan heat.
Place the chicken wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush with some of the remaining marinade (keep a bit for later).
Bake and cook for 25 minutes. Then take out of the oven, brush with the remaining marinade and cook for another 10 minutes. At the end of cooking, if you have any marinade left, you can brush it on again.
To finish, serve with the accompaniment of your choice.
