Because a clafoutis for 6 people is not ideal when you're the only one eating it, here is the recipe to enjoy it solo or for two.
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Melt the butter in the microwave for 30 seconds and let it cool.
In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs for an omelet.
Add the sugar and salt and whisk for 2 minutes until you achieve a well-foamy mixture.
Pour the flour and baking powder. Mix again. Add the cooled butter and milk.
Place the cherries in a 15 cm diameter mold that has been buttered and floured. Pour in the mixture and bake for 30 minutes.
To finish, once out of the oven, let cool thoroughly.
