 300 Buckwheat Crozets
 1 Beef bouillon cube
 1 Turmeric
 1 clove Garlic
 125 Water
 15 Raw shrimp
 4 Carrot
 1 Green onion
 Coriander
 Mint
 Salt
 Pepper
Directions

Using a vegetable peeler or a mandoline, slice the carrots. Crush the garlic cloves and thinly slice the green onions from the white to the green part.

In a large pot, pour in the water and add the bouillon cube. Bring to a simmer, then add the crushed garlic cloves, carrots, onions, turmeric, salt, and pepper. Let cook for 10 minutes.

Add the pasta and cook for 15 minutes. 2 minutes before the cooking time is up, add the shrimp.

To finish, adjust the seasoning before serving. Serve in bowls with fresh cilantro, fresh mint, and some bean sprouts.
