An original recipe for apple cake.
Place a sheet of parchment paper at the bottom of the pan, mark the edge with your nail, and cut out the circle traced. This will make it easier to flip the cake.
Slice the apples into thin slices. Sprinkle a little sugar and cinnamon in the pan on the parchment paper and arrange the slices, as for an upside-down tart. Allow to caramelize over medium heat.
In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, eggs, sugar, milk, and ground nuts.
Pour the mixture into the pan and let it cook for about ten minutes, until the cake can be turned over.
