 200 fresh goat cheese
 200 smoked salmon
 Salt
 Pepper

Peel and clean the onions, then cut them into thin strips. Heat a little oil in a frying pan and cook them until tender. Season with salt and pepper.

Let cool. (can be prepared in advance) Cut the Nordic breads to obtain triangles.

Finally, spread them with fresh cheese, add the onion compote, thin slices of salmon, and finish with a caper. Keep refrigerated until serving.
