Craving a healthy AND wow drink? Discover the recipe for the red fruit smoothie. With its gradient, it's hard to resist.
Soften the yogurt with the milk to achieve a consistency that can be drunk through a straw, sweeten it with 4 tablespoons of agave syrup, taste, and add more if needed.
In a blender (or simply with an immersion blender in a small bowl), blend 10 mint leaves and the red fruits.
Taste and sweeten with agave syrup to your liking.
Fill the glasses with yogurt, then with red fruit coulis. Decorate with a slice of kiwi, a slice of star fruit, and a few mint leaves.
To finish, for a nice gradient, let the glasses rest in the fridge for 20 minutes so that the fruit coulis spreads downwards.
