Here is a super simple and tasty recipe for those in a hurry. A complete meal, quick to make and much lighter than a heavy dish!
Prepare 4 pouches by folding and sealing your sheets of paper on 3 sides. If you wish, you can also use a large pot, making sure to keep it tightly closed during the entire cooking process. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
In each pouch, place: 3 small potatoes 1/4 of cabbage 1/4 of sliced onion 1 sausage cut into thick slices 1 clove of garlic 1 drizzle of oil 1 large pinch of cumin salt and pepper Seal the pouch tightly and repeat with the other three.
To finish, cook for about 30 minutes until the potatoes are tender. Serve immediately. Be careful when opening the packets: it's very hot and you could burn yourself with the steam and cooking juices! Of course, this little packet is delicious with a bit of strong mustard.
