What a shame to throw away the pretty green carrot tops! They are actually delicious. Here’s a great little idea that delighted us as an appetizer.

Ingredients
 10 Fresh carrot (about 40 grams)
 200 Munster
 10 Neutral oil
 10 Milk
 1 Baking powder
 Salt
 3 Egg
 180 Flour
 Pepper

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

Clean the carrot tops and remove the large stems. Blend them with the cheese.

Mix all the ingredients. Pour this mixture into a loaf pan and bake for 40 minutes.

To finish, unmold once completely cold and store in the refrigerator. It can be frozen multiple times.
