Recipe for Mozzarella and Chives Meatballs

Delicious little meatballs for appetizers.

Ingredients
 125 flour for me 75 g
 3 Flour
 500 grated mozzarella for me 300 g
 2 lightly beaten eggs
 1 Cayenne pepper to taste for me.
 Salt
 Pepper
 oil
 Parmesan
Directions

In a bowl, add the flour, mozzarella, eggs, chives, cayenne pepper, black pepper, salt (2 generous pinches), and parmesan.

Mix well.

In a dish, put the 3 tablespoons of flour,

and make small balls that you roll in flour

Fry them in hot oil until golden and drain them on paper towels.

To shape your small balls more easily, flour your hands.

To finish, Accompaniment: These small balls can be served as appetizers, as a starter, or for dinner (accompanied by a good salad). You can serve them plain or with tartar sauce, curry, ketchup, or other sauces.
