Today I propose a new savory recipe - a crustless quiche with ham, cheese, and vegetables. It is very easy and quick to make: only 10 minutes of preparation and you can pop it in the oven. Moreover, it contains no oil or flour, so it is gluten-free.
Preheat the oven to 180°C, conventional heat.
In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, salt, pepper, and cream.
Add the ham and chopped peppers, the grated cheese, and the chopped parsley. Mix well again.
Line a 30 cm tart pan, preferably with a removable bottom, with parchment paper.
Pour it into the mixture.
Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and place them evenly, cut side up.
Bake for 45 minutes or until the quiche is golden.
To finish, let it cool slightly, then serve. You can also serve it at room temperature. The quiche will puff up during cooking, then sink a little; this is normal.
