A simple recipe to make! The combination of chocolate and orange liqueur is just wonderful!
For the chocolate cake: beat the eggs and sugar, then add the almond flour, regular flour, and baking powder. In the meantime, melt the oil and chocolate in the microwave. Mix everything together. Grease your pan (26cm) and pour in the batter. Bake at 180°C for 40 minutes.
Preparation of the cream: beat the egg yolks with the powdered sugar. Melt the margarine with the chocolate and the liqueur, then mix everything together.
After removing your cake from the mold, cut it in half using a serrated knife. Brew a long coffee and then add 200ml of hot water. Add coffee flavoring if desired.
Soak the first part of the cake with a brush. Spread the cream using a spatula.
Then place the second part of the cake on this cream and soak it again.
Finally, spread the cream over the entire cake. Decorate using a piping bag. Let it chill for at least one hour.
