 1 Cauliflower
Marinade
 2 Melted semi-salted butter
 4 cloves Chopped garlic
 2 Grated fresh ginger
 1 Powdered sugar
 ½ Turmeric
 ½ Paprika
 Freshly ground pepper
 Chopped coriander
Coriander sauce
 50 Chopped cilantro
 15 Fresh ginger
 40 White onion
 40 Orange honey
 140 Mayonnaise
 80 Lime juice
 70 Olive oil
 Salt
 Freshly ground pepper
Directions

Prepare the marinade in a mixing bowl by combining all the ingredients.

Brush the cauliflower with the marinade.

Cook the cauliflower in a parcel for 75 minutes at 160°C. Check the doneness.

Grate the ginger, dice the onions, and add all the ingredients for the coriander sauce except for the mayonnaise.

Mix all the ingredients in a blender.

Blend until the mixture becomes homogeneous, then add the mayonnaise and whisk. Set aside in the fridge.

At the bottom of a shallow dish, place the coriander sauce, then add the still warm cauliflower.

To finish, sprinkle with sesame seeds and coriander.
