 1 Zucchini
 1 Soft Fig
 1 Soft apricot

Cube the organic fillet into pieces about 3 centimeters by 3 centimeters and do the same with the raw zucchini.

Skewer the pieces of meat alternating with zucchini, fig, and apricot. Season your skewers with salt and pepper.

In a non-stick pan with a little fat, cook the skewer over low heat, cooking for 1 minute on each side for a total of 4 minutes. You can also cook your skewers on a griddle or on the barbecue, using the same cooking time.

To finish, serve with a salad of diced red and yellow tomatoes.
