 200 butternut flesh
 1 Olive oil
 150 Flour
 2 Beaten eggs in an omelette
 15 warm milk
 3 Baking powder
 1 pepper mustard
 1 turmeric
 Salt
 chopped chives

Preheat the oven to 170°C. On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, place the butternut squash cut into pieces, drizzle with olive oil, and bake for 20 minutes. Place the roasted squash in a small bowl and mash it roughly with a fork.

In a second bowl, mix the flour with the baking powder. Add the eggs, milk, butternut puree, mustard, turmeric, chives, and salt. Mix, then incorporate the grated cheese before mixing once more.

Let the dough rest for 30 minutes before baking your waffles for 3 to 4 minutes.

To finish, the waffles can be frozen. Reheat for a few minutes in the toaster.
