In this very simple recipe, the originality comes from using coffee to make the sauce that will perfectly accompany the pork ribs.
Prepare 4 cups of coffee with the capsules. You will get 100 ml of coffee.
Juice the tangerine, add it to the coffee with 2 tablespoons of cane sugar and a pinch of ground pepper. Mix the marinade.
Cut the pork ribs into pieces. Place them in a baking dish. Pour the marinade over them. Let marinate in the refrigerator for 2 hours. Cook in the oven at 200°C for 30 minutes, turning and basting occasionally.
To finish, at the moment of serving, if the sauce is not thick enough, add a bit of thickener for more binding.
