Pizza, the dish that brings the whole family together. This version includes smoked salmon, cream, and cheese, but you can also add spreadable cheese, tomatoes, or goat cheese.
Preparation of the onion: Sauté the sliced onion in a little oil. Add salt and pepper.
Topping In a baking dish, place parchment paper, and spread your rolled-out pizza dough on top. Brush with thick cream. Then, arrange the slices of onion and the pieces of smoked salmon.
Cooking Sprinkle with grated cheese and thyme. Bake for about ten minutes in a hot oven at 200°C.
