As a starter or for a snack, this delicious cake will have its place on your table.
Preheat the oven to 180° C. In a mixing bowl, loosen the ricotta, add the eggs and mix. Incorporate the flour with the baking powder, salt, and pepper.
To finish, when the mixture is well combined, add the diced ham, the sun-dried tomatoes cut into thin strips, and the washed and chopped basil. Transfer to a loaf pan lined with parchment paper.
