Indulge yourself with this delicious orange crème brûlée recipe. Rich, flavorful, and very creamy, this easy-to-make recipe will delight your taste buds.
Wash the orange, dry it well, and take its zest.
Cut the orange in half and squeeze its juice.
Bring the milk to a boil in a saucepan with the sugar, zest, salt, and the split vanilla pod, scraping the inside.
Let steep for 5 minutes, then remove the vanilla bean.
Add the floraline to the milk, stir over low heat for 3 minutes. Then turn off the heat and let the mixture cool for about 5 minutes.
Incorporate the orange juice and the fresh cream.
Pour the mixture into heat-resistant glasses.
Smooth.
Sprinkle with brown sugar and caramelize with a blowtorch.
To finish, decorate with orange zest.
