This delicious tuna pie is a family classic that will please both children and adults. A recipe from my mother, this pie can be enjoyed as a starter or as a main dish with a salad... It's delicious! Easy to make, it combines the marine flavor of tuna with creamy softness and a hint of spice thanks to the mustard. Perfect for a quick dinner or a picnic, this budget-friendly recipe requires ingredients that are often readily available.
Roll out the pastry in a dish and prick the bottom with a fork.
Spread the tomato paste over the dough, then place the tuna on top of the paste.
Mix in a bowl the heavy cream, one tablespoon of mustard, then season with salt and pepper to taste.
Pour the bowl over the tart. Place in the oven.
Finally, heat up.
