This chocolate fondant recipe is offered by ProActiv.
Preheat the oven to 240°C (gas mark 8).
Melt the margarine and the chocolate in a double boiler, except for 6 squares of dark chocolate and 6 squares of white chocolate. Whisk the mixture until smooth.
Whisk the whole eggs and sugar. Add the flour, then the melted chocolate and margarine mixture, stirring continuously.
Grease six small individual molds. Fill them halfway with batter and place a piece of dark chocolate and a piece of white chocolate in the center. Distribute the remaining batter in the molds and bake.
To finish, cook for 10 minutes and unmold as soon as it comes out of the oven. Serve immediately.
