Ingredients
 200 flour
 1 baking powder
 3 large eggs
 1 Greek yogurt
 8 oil
 200 Appenzeller cheese
 12 Grisons meat
 10 Swiss white wine
 nutmeg
 salt and pepper

Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F). Mix the flour and baking powder in a bowl. Make a well in the center. Add the eggs, and mix. Add the yogurt and oil. Season with salt and pepper, add nutmeg and white wine. Mix well.

Tear the cheese into pieces (with your fingers). Spread a third of the mixture in a greased loaf pan. Layer with half of the slices of meat, overlapping them, and then with half of the cheese.

Cover with another third of dough and top with the remaining meat and then the rest of the cheese. Finish by covering with the last third of dough. Cut a slice into strips and decorate the top of the cake.

Bake for about 40 to 45 minutes. It should be well golden. Let it rest for at least 30 minutes before unmolding.

Serve the cake warm or cold, sliced to show its beautiful interior, with a green salad.
