Crispy Chicken Salad Recipe

Serve immediately with a slice of rustic bread.

 1 Crispy chicken
 A few leaves of green salad.
 12 Celery
 Some slices of cucumber
 23 Mini bell peppers
 Chives
 1 Quintuple Oil - Oil Mill
 1 Raspberry vinegar
 1 Mustard
 1 Acacia honey
 Salt
 Freshly ground pepper
 Optional powdered pepper
Directions

Wash and dry the salad and celery leaves. Cut the small peppers into strips. Chop the chives. Slice the crispy chicken fillet.

Prepare a nice plate and place the salad with raw vegetables in the center. Arrange the crispy chicken fillet. Drizzle generously with dressing. Sprinkle with finely chopped chives. You can also sprinkle with chili powder.
