For the cake
 5 Egg
 120 Flour
 ½ Baking powder
 100 Powdered sugar
 12 Milk
 150 Baking chocolate 65%
 60 Melted butter
For the frosting
 60 Icing sugar
 20 Liquid cream
 4 Chocolate 300 Organic Dairy

Melt the chocolate in the milk over low heat. Meanwhile, whisk the eggs with the powdered sugar. Add the melted butter.

Add the warm milk, then the flour and the baking powder. Whisk together. Pour into a 20 cm diameter cake pan. Preheat your oven to 180°C and bake for 35 minutes.

Let cool completely before unmolding. Using a bread knife, level the surface.

Mix the chocolate mousses until you obtain a creamy texture. Cover the cake with this cream. Mix the powdered sugar and the cream together; the mixture should be slightly thick.

Pour the mixture into a very fine piping bag (or a zip-top bag with one corner snipped off) and create a spiral on the cake.

To finish, using a toothpick, start from the center of the cake and move towards the edge to create a spider web effect.
