 1 Lemon Thyme Salmon
 250 Labneh (or fresh cheese)
 1 clove Garlic
 250 Marinated olives
 150 Peanut
 2 Peanut butter
 ½ Lemon
 1 Honey
 Vegetable pickles (cucumber, red onions)
 Fresh mint
 Olive oil

Preheat the oven to 180°C.

Cut the pita bread into small triangles, then add a bit of olive oil, a pinch of salt, some fresh herbs, and garlic. Mix, then bake the bread for 10 minutes, stirring halfway through. Let cool; the pita chips are ready!

Prepare the salmon coating by mixing peanut butter, honey, and lemon juice. Coat the salmon with the mixture using a brush.

Chop the peanuts and then coat the salmon with them.

Place the salmon in a dish with a drizzle of olive oil and then bake for 10 minutes.

Remove the salmon from its packaging and place it in a dish. Lower the oven to 160°C and bake for 4 minutes.

Place the labneh in a bowl, then season it with olive oil and a few fresh mint leaves.

To finish, arrange all the ingredients harmoniously on a large platter: salmon in a peanut crust, marinated salmon with thyme and lemon, labneh, pita chips, pickled vegetables, and olives. All that's left is to enjoy! Indulge yourselves!
