Create a fabulous appetizer with this salmon terrine recipe featuring a blue cheese.
In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, crumbled blue cheese, mascarpone, and chives.
Add 2 slices of smoked salmon cut into small pieces and mix. Season if necessary.
Line a loaf pan with plastic wrap. Cover the bottom and sides of the pan with slices of smoked salmon.
Spread the mixture in the mold. Cover the mold. Let it chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, then carefully unmold.
Finally, garnish with pink pepper and fresh herbs (chives, dill…).
