These puff pastry spoons I spotted are really easy to make and the final presentation is quite impressive. Served at a gathering with friends, they were a hit.

 1 Egg yolk
 100 Salmon rillettes
 1 pinch Sesame seeds
 1 Roe egg
 8 Shrimp or crayfish

Puffed spoons, shaping Preheat the oven to 180°C. Roll out your puff pastry. Use a small tablespoon as a cutter to create puff pastry spoons.

Baking the puff pastry spoons. Then, carefully place your spoons on a roll of paper towels lined with aluminum foil placed on a silicone mat. Next, brush your spoons with egg yolk. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake for 20 minutes.

Allow the spoons to cool. Carefully detach them; unfortunately, I broke 2. Let them cool down.

Presentation: Then place a teaspoon of salmon rillettes, followed by a small dome of lumpfish roe and a small crayfish or shrimp to complete the decoration of your spoons.
