Here is my simple and quick recipe for a savory tart with zucchini, tomatoes, onions, and bell peppers. This savory tart is perfect for a family or friends' picnic, or for a light dinner, accompanied by a small green salad.
Slice the onions and sauté them in a pan with a drizzle of olive oil. Preheat the oven.
Add the sliced tomatoes to the pan.
Add the sliced zucchini.
Cut the peppers into thin strips and incorporate them. Mix everything together.
Add the herbs and let it cook for 5 minutes.
To finish, prepare the dough in a dish, spread mustard on it according to taste, and bake in the oven for 25 minutes at 180°C, gas mark 6.
