    I approve, very quick, very easy, I used less sugar because the bananas were very ripe and without rum. Hot jar filling for sterilization?

    Excellent. I put a bit of water to soften the vanilla pod. Once the water was boiling, I added the sugar and removed the vanilla pod. I added the bananas and scraped the pod to add the seeds. The lemon juice should be added one minute before the end of cooking; it gives a slight tangy flavor. In short, easy and delicious.

    I just made it and it's been put in jars. I didn't add lemon (the bananas didn't ripen because they were cooked right away), but I did use powdered vanilla and less sugar. I tasted it while it was still warm, and it seems good. It’s easy to make.
