Have a terrifyingly delicious Halloween with this vegan Halloween brownie recipe that will make both kids and adults shiver.
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Line a 20X20cm mold with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, add the flour, cocoa powder, sugar, and mix with a whisk.
Add the oil, vanilla, melted chocolate, and coconut milk. Mix with a wooden spoon until everything is combined.
Add the chocolate chips (saving a few for decorating the ghost) and mix gently.
Pour the batter into the mold and bake for 25-30 minutes.
Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, whip the creamy mixture with coconut cream, agave syrup, and vanilla essence.
When the brownies have cooled, cut them into equal squares. Place a marshmallow on each square, using a bit of the creamy mixture as "glue."
To finish, using a spoon, pour the creamy mixture over the marshmallow, shaping it like a ghost. Use the remaining chocolate chips to decorate with eyes and mouths.
