Here is another recipe for a tart, which I personally prefer.

 3 Egg
 400 Matured cheese
 10 Lager beer
 20 Sour cream
 Ground pepper

Grate the cheese and cut it into shavings. In a bowl, mix it with the beer, then add the cream, the eggs, and the pepper. Be careful not to add salt as the cheese is salty enough.

To finish, preheat the oven to 200°C. Roll out the dough, line a baking dish with it, and pour in the filling. Place in the hot oven and bake for 30 minutes.

    Variation The true flammekueche is made with a risen dough. My suggestion: Use 250 g of flour, 10 g of baker's yeast dissolved in a cup of lukewarm milk, 20 g of melted butter, 1 whole egg, 300 g of cheese, a bit of butter before baking for 25 minutes at 200°C (thermostat 6-7). Do not forget to let the dough rise for at least 2 hours after kneading.
