Learn to make these delicious smoked trout, mango, and coriander spring rolls.
Soak the soy vermicelli in boiling water for 4 minutes. Drain and let cool.
Cut the flesh of the mango into sticks.
Soak a rice paper in hot water to soften it for about 10 seconds, then place it on a clean towel.
On half of the sheet, place some mango, a half slice of smoked fish, bean sprouts, arugula, vermicelli, and then cilantro.
Fold the edges at the top and on the sides, then roll tightly to form a spring roll.
To finish, repeat the process to obtain 8 rolls.
