Heading to Italy with this delicious ossobuco recipe made in a multi-cooker. Easy to prepare, this family dish is rich and generous. Perfect for a family meal, this recipe goes well with both pasta and rice.
Peel and slice the onions and carrots.
Place the oil, onions, and meat in the cooking pot, then set to "browning" mode. Sauté for 5 minutes, stirring regularly, and sprinkle with cornstarch while continuing to mix.
Finally, add the carrots, the tomatoes, the white wine, the broth cube, the herb bundle, season, and then set for 35 minutes on "pressure cooking."
To finish, season and serve hot.
