Surprise ingredient of whipped cream, the dried plum pairs delightfully with slices of fresh kiwi and pieces of caramelized apples in this indulgent and colorful bowl.
In a saucepan, melt the butter, sprinkle with brown sugar, and let it caramelize. Add the diced apples and let them cook until caramelized.
Place the pieces of caramelized apples and kiwi in a bowl and add 30 g of dried plums.
Prepare the whipped cream: mix the cream (make sure it is very cold) with the powdered sugar and the blended prunes in a well-chilled bowl. Whip, starting slowly and then increasing speed as the cream thickens, until you achieve a thick cream that forms a peak at the tip of the whisk.
To finish, add 10 g of sliced and toasted almonds.
