 1 benz rice (200 g)
 6 Egg
 1 Peas
 12 snail butter
 1 Olive oil
 1 clove garlic
 1 pinch Salt
 1 pinch Pepper

Start by cooking the rice in a saucepan for 10 minutes. Once finished, drain it.

In a wok, make an omelette with the eggs sautéed in olive oil.

Still in the wok, add the rice and the peas, salt, and pepper. Cook for 5 minutes over low heat.

In a pan, sauté the prawns for 5 minutes in a teaspoon of olive oil. Then add the garlic butter and continue cooking for 3 minutes.

To finish, proceed to plating as shown in the photo. Enjoy your meal!
