Here is an excellent recipe for cooking prawns. Garlic and parsley prawns in a Cantonese style. A beautiful presentation, and you will impress your guests with a simple, low-cost recipe.
Start by cooking the rice in a saucepan for 10 minutes. Once finished, drain it.
In a wok, make an omelette with the eggs sautéed in olive oil.
Still in the wok, add the rice and the peas, salt, and pepper. Cook for 5 minutes over low heat.
In a pan, sauté the prawns for 5 minutes in a teaspoon of olive oil. Then add the garlic butter and continue cooking for 3 minutes.
To finish, proceed to plating as shown in the photo. Enjoy your meal!
