Ingredients
 150 Natural high-quality lardons
 3 Egg
 1 Plain yogurt
 3 Type 45 flour
 5 Olive oil
 1 Baking powder
 10 Black olives
 1 pinch Rosemary
 Espelette pepper
 Salt
 Pepper
Directions

Pour the eggs and yogurt into a mixing bowl. Whisk together.

Add the flour, baking powder, oil and whisk until you have a smooth batter.

Chop the olives.

Sauté the bacon in a dry skillet. Drain them on paper towels to remove the excess fat.

Add the olives, rosemary, and bacon to the dough. Season very lightly with salt and pepper.

Mix with a spatula.

Pour into mini muffin molds. Sprinkle with chili powder. Preheat your oven to 180°C and bake for 15 minutes.
