Indulge yourself with this delicious recipe for small cakes with bacon and olives. Easy to prepare and very greedy, this recipe, ideally served with a salad, will delight your taste buds.
Pour the eggs and yogurt into a mixing bowl. Whisk together.
Add the flour, baking powder, oil and whisk until you have a smooth batter.
Chop the olives.
Sauté the bacon in a dry skillet. Drain them on paper towels to remove the excess fat.
Add the olives, rosemary, and bacon to the dough. Season very lightly with salt and pepper.
Mix with a spatula.
Pour into mini muffin molds. Sprinkle with chili powder. Preheat your oven to 180°C and bake for 15 minutes.
To finish, let cool on a rack.
