Prepare your pizza dough easily and quickly at home with a food processor. I'm sharing my very light recipe for a perfect pizza party.
Pour the water and add the yeast to the bowl and heat to 50°C for 1 minute.
Then add the flour, salt, and olive oil to the bowl without heating.
Start the mixer for 5 minutes on kneading mode.
Finally, place the dough in a mixing bowl and let it rest covered with a cloth for about 1 hour.
