 150 Butter
 4 Egg
 3 Thick sour cream
 20 Bread yeast
 1 pinch Salt
 Cooking oil

Heat the milk (do not boil). Mix the yeast with the warm milk.

Pour the cut butter, the milk-yeast mixture, and the sugar into the bowl. Set for 5 minutes at 80°C on speed 3.

Add the sour cream and blend for 10 seconds on speed 5.

Add the eggs and the flour and set the kneading function for 5 minutes.

Let the dough rest covered with a clean cloth for 1 hour in a warm place.

Cut out shapes with a cookie cutter and fry them in oil until the doughnuts are golden brown.

To finish, place the donuts on absorbent paper.
