 1 Carrot
 Ground cumin
 2 cloves Garlic
 1 dash Olive oil
 1 dash Balsamic vinegar
 Salt

For the skewers
 Cherry tomato
 Mozzarella
 Basil
For the salmon quiche
 3 Smoked salmon
 4 Egg
 1 Liquid cream
 1 Milk

Preparation of the salmon duo. Poach the fresh salmon for 3 minutes in boiling water. While it cools, flake the smoked salmon with a fork, chop the chives, and mix everything with the butter. Mash the poached salmon fillet with a fork. Combine with lemon juice and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before spreading on slices of bread (toasted is better!).

Preparation of roasted chicken and sticks. Buy or make a roasted chicken. Once cooled, cut into pieces. Cut the surimi and carrots into sticks. Prepare a sauce made with fresh herbs and cream cheese.

Preparation of deviled eggs Boil the eggs for 10 minutes in salted water, then plunge them into ice water (the temperature shock helps to peel them more easily). Once cool, cut in half and separate the whites from the yolks. Place the whites on a serving dish. Mix the yolks with mayonnaise and fill the whites with this mixture. You can decorate each half of the egg with a flat-leaf parsley leaf.

Preparation of zucchini with feta. Cut the zucchini into sticks and place them in a sealed container. Cook in the microwave for 4 minutes (1 minute per zucchini). Once cooled, mix the zucchini with the crumbled feta, chopped mint, salt, and pepper. Drizzle with a little olive oil.

Preparation of Cumin Carrots
Cut the carrots into 1 cm thick slices in a pot, pour in a drizzle of olive oil and some water (the water should not cover the carrots). Add chopped garlic, salt, pepper, and 2 tablespoons of cumin. Cook on high heat until the carrots are cooked and there is no more water. Deglaze with balsamic vinegar, add 1 tablespoon of cumin, and let simmer on low heat for another 10 minutes.

Preparation of the skewers: Thread cherry tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil leaves onto skewers. Insert the skewers into half a melon or half a grapefruit, or onto a tray of chicken covered with aluminum foil.

Preparation of the salmon quiche Spread the dough in the tart pan, beat together eggs, cream, milk, and grated cheese. Pour half of this mixture over the dough. Arrange the slices of salmon on top, then finish pouring the mixture. Bake for 30 minutes at 200°C.

    Review I made it and everyone enjoyed it, only the cold roasted chicken wasn't very successful. My suggestion: For deviled eggs, you should add shallots and parsley to the mayonnaise... it's delicious.

    Deviled eggs Very pleasant and appreciated. My suggestion: Mix mayonnaise with natural canned tuna. Fill the egg whites with this mixture. Place the yolks in a garlic press and crush over the eggs. You will really have a deviled effect on the eggs. Decorate the dish with a rose made from a tomato: peel a firm tomato, leaving a thin layer of flesh under the skin and turning without breaking the strip of peel. Tightly wrap this strip onto itself and place it on the dish, fanning out the top of the flower. Guaranteed decorative effect.
