A delicious recipe for frittata, Italian omelette, with a specific cheese. It's time to enjoy it with a green salad, impossible to leave a crumb!

Ingredients
 200 Morbier cheese
 3 Egg
 2 Potato
 3 Country Ham
 1 Morteau sausage
 3 Button mushroom
 200 Spinach sprouts
 Salt
 Freshly ground pepper

Preheat the oven to 180°C. In a medium bowl, whisk the eggs, season with salt and pepper, then set aside.

Cut the sausage into thin slices. Peel the potatoes and slice them into rounds. In an ovenproof dish on the stove, sauté the sausage slices, then add the potato rounds. Stir well throughout the cooking process.

At the end of cooking, add the ham, the mushrooms previously sliced, and the washed spinach leaves.

At the last moment, over medium heat, pour in the beaten eggs.

When everything starts to brown, cover with nice slices of cheese and let it brown for a maximum of 15 minutes.

To finish, serve with a salad right out of the oven.
