During the Ramadan period, treat yourself to this tasty and nutritious recipe after a long day of fasting. It will be crunchy!
Peel and cut the potatoes before boiling them for 20 minutes in salted water.
Once they are cooked and drained, mash them and add the tuna, chopped parsley, cheese, capers, harissa, and season before mixing the filling.
Take a sheet of pastry and place the filling, leaving an empty space in the middle to place the egg in the center.
Fold the pastry sheet and repeat this process as many times as necessary.
To finish, heat the oil and fry the pastries until they are golden on both sides.
