 250 Arborio rice
 16 Peeled shrimp
 1 Onion
 10 White wine
 10 Sour cream
 60 Grated parmesan

Prepare the rice. Sauté the chopped onion in olive oil. Add the rice and stir until it becomes translucent. Pour in white wine and stir until evaporated.
