 200 Powdered sugar
 3 Egg (large size or 4 if small)
 300 Flour
 75 Butter + a knob to grease the mold
 ¾ Milk
 3 Apple
 80 Sugar
 80 Semi-salted butter

Preheat the oven to 180°C. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the sugar and eggs (there's no need to lighten the mixture). Melt the butter and add it to the previous mixture. Gradually incorporate the flour. Slowly mix in the milk (at room temperature). Grease the pan and pour in the batter. Bake for 15 minutes. Peel and cut the apples into large wedges (8 pieces each). Caramelize the 80g of butter and 80g of sugar in a pan, then brown the apples for 5 minutes. Add the caramelized apples on top of the batter, pressing them in slightly. Continue baking for 30 minutes.

    Very good recipe. I added a splash of brandy to the apples. I only had 2 eggs, so I used a plain yogurt to make up for it, and it turned out very well.

    Recipe also followed to the letter. It's true that it's a bit "gooey," but I think my dish was too deep. I will make this recipe again, adding one or two more apples, in a less deep dish. Thank you anyway for sharing this recipe.

    Hello, I made this recipe yesterday. I found this flan too doughy, even though I followed the recipe to the letter. In my opinion, there is too much flour and not enough eggs. However, the taste of the apples is excellent.
