Shrimp Pasta with Pesto, Arugula, and Lime

Ingredients
 300 Spaghetti
 200 Shrimp
 1 Lime
 1 Shallot
 2 Garlic cloves
 3 Olive oil
 80 Arugula
 1 pinch Salt
 1 pinch Pepper

Start by marinating the shrimp in olive oil, garlic, and the juice of a lime.

Cook the marinated shrimp in a skillet for ten minutes over low heat, until they turn golden. Add the pesto sauce, arugula, the remaining olive oil, and the garlic to the skillet.

Cook the spaghetti in boiling water for 9 minutes until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Add the spaghetti to the pan with the shrimp and the sauce so that the pasta absorbs the mixture well.

Finally, salt, pepper, and add fresh basil leaves on top of the dish. It’s ready!
